FOOD-TRAK’s Stand Sheet module was designed for concession stands within a larger organization (such as ball parks, fairs, and water and amusement parks) that do not use point-of-sale systems to track menu item sales. The FOOD-TRAK Stand Sheet module enables the organization to have a means of controlling cash and inventory by establishing a control item such as a cup or saleable food item, and using that control item to determine the number of menu items served, and, by extension, the amount owed to the organization by each stand at the end of an event or business day.
FOOD-TRAK’s Stand Sheet module controls both cash and inventory. Currently, stands may have paper-based forms that track the beginning inventory, transfers in and out, ending inventory, and the cash owed to the business. FOOD-TRAK Stand Sheet Input forms can take the place of the original sheet, giving the organization a standardized method of entering the initial data.
With the Stand Sheet module installed, FOOD-TRAK allows a number of its standard Inventory Locations to be defined as "Stands." The Inventory Location icon changes to denote the difference between a Stand and a regular Location. Using transfers, requisitions, inventory and waste data, FOOD-TRAK can then monitor the movement of goods into and out of each Stand and calculate the dollar amount owed to the organization by each.
The module has Automatic Requisitioning capability. By establishing par levels for each Stand, the system is able to automatically generate a requisition or shopping list based on current on-hand amounts whenever a Stand Sheet Reorder Report is run.

Perpetual Inventory by Stand keeps track of perpetual on-hand amounts based on the amounts transferred and Stand sales.
By combining the requisitions, which were automatically produced, FOOD-TRAK can generate Purchase Orders.
Using the selling price of menu items, and the number of items sold (based on each defined control item), the system is able to calculate the amount of cash owed from the cashier of each stand to the organization.
