Stand Sheets

Group Configuration

Each Stand must be configured for use within the Site. The FOOD-TRAK Stand Sheet module lets you assign Inventory Locations as Stands. A special icon appears to designate the Location’s use as a Stand. Only Master-level Inventory Locations can be assigned as Stands. Sub-levels are used to designate Inventory Locations within the Stand.

Adding Stands with the Group Editor

  1. On FOOD-TRAK’s Administration menu, click the Edit Groups tab and double-click Inventory Groups.

  2. When the Inventory Group Editor window appears, the existing Inventory Locations appear. In addition to these Locations, we will add Stands.

  3. Click Add New. On the window that appears, enter the name of the Stand, and then check to box, which reads Stand Location. The check box causes FOOD-TRAK to differentiate between regular Inventory Locations and Stands. Assign the Stand to a Profit Center, if necessary. Click OK.

  4. The Stand now appears with the Inventory Locations already defined, except that it has a special, blue umbrella cart icon image\ebx_1264023740.gif instead of the file folder used by regular Inventory Groups. Use the arrow keys to move the Stand to the proper location.

  5. If you have any storage locations within the Stand that you wish to designate as Inventory Locations, you can create sub-groups (which will be regular Inventory Locations) for the Stand.

When you have finished creating your Stand Locations, click OK to close the Group Editor.
