Commissary Vendor Interface

Introduction

When the Commissary Vendor Interface is added to the FOOD-TRAK system is treats the Commissary System like any other Vendor Interface.  

Below is a diagram outlining the commissary process when a system is centralized.  

Purchase orders can be created and sent to the Commissary where they would turn into sales orders.  

The commissary then fills the order and creates a shipper.  The shipper is returned as an invoice.
