Customer Selection

The term Customer refers to anyone who orders from the commissary. Customers may be a company-owned restaurant, a department within the same company, or a separate company entirely.

Customers are entered into the system using a method similar to entering vendors and items: by opening the Customer Selection window, which is found on the Database tab of the FOOD-TRAK Main Menu, and using the Customer Editor to create a customer profile.

The Customer List contains the names and other data about each Commissary customer. If you have not yet entered any customers, of course, this list will be empty.

To add a new customer, click the New Entry icon on the toolbar.
