Profit Centers must be assigned to the Commissary via a check box located on the Venues (Profit Center Groups) Editor. One or more Profit Centers should be assigned to the Commissary allow the creation of Sales Orders and Shippers. Only those products assigned to Commissary Profit Centers are available for use with Sales Orders and Shippers.
Log in to a Site that is using Commissary.
On the FOOD-TRAK Main Menu's Database tab, click Groups, then click Venues (Profit Center Groups).
On the Group Editor, select a Profit Center that will be assigned to the Commissary and click Edit.
On the Edit Group menu that appears, check the box that reads Commissary Profit Center. Click OK.
Repeat this procedure for each Profit Center that is to be assigned as a Commissary Profit Center. Note that you cannot assign sub-groups to a Commissary, only Profit Centers. Click OK to exit the Group Editor.
If you are setting up Commissary for the first time, proceed to Create a Customer List.
