The Commissary module is designed to handle the flow of orders coming from customers of the commissary, the processing of those orders and the shipment of goods to the customers, while keeping control over the commissary inventory. Ideally suited to operations that have central storage or prep areas that serve satellite units, this module is also well-suited for restaurants that service other operations, caterers, wholesalers, bakeries, hotels, resorts, concessions, hospitals, school systems, military installations and many other types of multi-unit or multi-profit center operations.
The Commissary module provides the ability to enter Customer Orders utilizing a selected Markup Scheme to automatically apply pricing rules and to subsequently fill those Orders into Shipper documents.
