POS Audit Review

This utility allows you to view the audit trail for a selected Point-of-Sale interface, i.e. all the data that is entered into FOOD-TRAK® from a single POS interface. The utility allows you to catch data entry errors, as well as failed imports. The POS Audit Review also allows you to filter out any information that you deem irrelevant.

1. Open the POS Audit Review from the FOOD-TRAK® Control Console by clicking Admin, then Corporate Functions, and POS Audit Review.

2. On the POS Import Audit window, your compatible POS systems appear on the drop-down list at the top of the large, main pane. If you have more than one POS interface installed, select that interface from the list. The import audit for each Site using the interface appears in the main pane below.

3. Each Site that incorporates the selected POS system will appear in the pane next to the icon.

Successful imports are listed under each Site using the check markicon, and failed imports are listed using the Stop Sign images\ebx_553842382.jpg icon. Next to each import entry is the date on which the scheduled import was to occur.

You can further expand the list to reveal the product sales for each import. Click the plus sign next to the check mark icons to expand the list, or the Expand icon images\ebx_884617722.jpg at the top of the window. You can again collapse the list by clicking the – next to the check mark icon or the Collapse icon images\ebx_2062555712.jpg at the top of the window.
