POS Audit - Exceptions

The POS Audit Review allows you to make an exceptions list, i.e. a list of products that you want to eliminate from either the listing of a single Site listing (local) or from the list of all Sites (global). Such items that you may want to remove from the list would be plastic containers, which are used with take-outs or "doggie bags," and do not figure in with ideal usage.

Note that, once defined, the Exceptions List will continue to be in effect between FOOD-TRAK® sessions.

If, however, you wish the list to be in effect for a single Site, select that Site from the drop-down list at the top of the window. The Exceptions List will then be valid for that Site alone.

3.  To add a product code to either Exception Lists -

The code will then appear on the appropriate Exception List. To delete a code from the list, click to select it, and then click Remove.
