to open the filtering menu.As the list of imports may be long, FOOD-TRAK® allows you to filter out any imports you do not wish to view. Click the funnel icon to open the filtering menu.
The Filter menu allows you to limit the amount of material shown on the Audit window, making it easier to find the information you need.
Include only imports for selected Sites.
Check this box if you want to isolate imports for a limited number of Sites. When you place a check in the box, the Select Sites… button becomes active. Click it to open a window that allows you to choose what Sites to include on the audit trail.
Include only imports on or after: and Include only imports on or before:
Allow you to select a specific date range within which to delimit the audit trail. You may use one, or both of these options. Place a check in the box and use the calendars to select specific dates.
The two remaining boxes are checked by default.
Show Items that were found in the Site - If you wish to view only the products that were not found on the audit, click to remove the check in the box.
Show Items that were not found in the Site - If you wish you see only the product sales that were found, remove the check in the box.
Click OK to activate the filter.
