Vendor Editor Remote Access Tab

The Vendor Editor's Remote Access tab is available with the Bidding Module and the Advanced Procurement Module. The purpose of the tab is to assign remote access and manage communication with external vendors on the Distributor Bid Portal.

Click on a label below for help on the type of information you need to enter to grant a vendor remote access to the Distributor Bid Portal.

Qualifying UserSelect the user name of the vendor that enter bids on the Distributor Bid Portal for this vendor.    

Internal Email Contact for this VendorEnter the email address of the person in your company that will serve as the contact for the vendor.

This person will be the recipient of any email created from the Contact Us area of the Distributor Bid Portal.
 

MessagesEnter the message that you would like to display on the Distributor Bid Portal for this vendor. Only the qualifying user that has been designated on the Remote Access tab in the Vendor Editor has access to the contents on the Distributor Bid Portal.
