Requisition Status Report

The Requisition Status Report is accessed from Reports > Accounting > Transfers and Requisitions menu.  The purpose of the report is to provide a Profit Center with detailed information on what is happening with goods they have requested from a Cost Center. The report is generated in portrait format, the detail for each requisition is displayed on separate pages. It includes the requested, sent, ordered, received and/or backordered quantity and unit for each line-item on an internal requisition.  When viewed in the report viewer the quantities on the report  that serve as hyperlinks. When the hyperlinks are selected the form that the quantity originated from are presented to the end-user. The report details are sorted in the same sequence as the originating requisition. Access to the report is restricted with a security key.

The following report options are available in the report wizard:

• Select a Cost Center (lists only the Cost Centers the user has access to)

• Select the method for choosing a range of dates for qualifying internal requisitions. A calendar feature is available to select the dates.

• Select from All Internal Requisitions, Select Internal Requisitions, Select Internal Requisition Groups or Internal Requisitions from a Profit Center. If specific requisitions are to be selected, you may select the requisitions to include. If specific groups are selected, you may select one or many groups. The groups are listed in the sequence set up in the group editor. When displayed in the wizard, each requisition is described by its requisition ID, requisition required delivery date, the requested from information, and the requested by information (in parenthesis). When individual requisitions are selected for more than one IR group, the requisitions are displayed in group order, again in the order set up in the group editor.

• The usual output and scheduler options are then presented for the report.
